Teachers are already brilliant in the classroom. The burnout comes from the non-teaching workload that drains their energy and joy. 

I asked myself: What would teaching look like if educators had the tools to truly thrive? That answer led me to discover how practical AI solutions can lighten an educator’s non-teaching and administrative load.

But my mission goes beyond technology. I also advocate for career breaks where educators can reset, reinvent and return stronger. My own career breaks opened the door to progressively more autonomous and fulfilling teaching roles. Each one was a better fit than the last, and eventually, it led to financial freedom.
